AFI announce new album 'Silver Bleeds the Black Sun...' + share lead single

The band's twelfth album raises the bar on visual identity and storytelling through art.
On October 3rd, the renowned AFI will release their highly anticipated new album, Silver Bleeds The Black Sun..., via Run For Cover Records, continuing a legacy that continues to influence to this day. This time around, the band are broadening their sound palette even further through ethereal post-punk and shape-shifting rock and new wave for one moving endeavor led by today's arrival of Behind the Clock. The lead single, which is exquisitely brought to life by director Gilbert Trejo, is among their most grand offerings yet and excels at introducing the expansive undertaking.
Trejo comments on the track's music video:
“We wanted the video to feel like you’re seeing something you shouldn’t. In effect you are, because that’s how Davey writes lyrics. He’s expressing himself so openly, that you’re let behind this curtain. It’s a world that most artists don’t cut to, marrow deep.”
