We're still a few months out from kicking 2020 to the curb yet Austrian unit HARAKIRI FOR THE SKY have already given us a reason to look forward to the early months of 2021 with the forthcoming arrival of Mӕre. Arriving on January 29th, 2021 (rest of world) and February 19th, 2021 (US) via AOP Records, the band's 5th full-length further cements their position among the top of the post-black metal ranks with a heart-wrenching collection of hymns. With lead single I, Pallbearer arriving today with tremolo picked riffs to boast, there's no question as to why members J.J. and M.S. have attained a cult following throughout the years.

Frontman J.J. comments on the new single:

"The new single 'I, Pallbearer' is dealing with psychological issues and in particular the bipolar disorder that not only affects myself, but also caused the suicide of many of my friends within the past years. This is not only reflected in the song title, but also concisely in this parts of the lyrics:

'One more psychosis then I am also finally done

Cause the more I sleep, the less I dream

And then at night I drink and clean my gun

It’s me who should be dead, not you…'."
