A 96-page, full-colored book that expands the masked trio's immersive audiovisual world.

On December 5th, New York's Imperial Triumphant will release Merkurius Gilded — a graphic novel that continues the harrowing realities narrated by the band's black metal elegance. Written by band frontman Zachary Ezrin and illustrated by illustrator / visual artist Halil Mete, Merkurius Gilded is a companion to the band's musical world-building, one that dives deeper into the concepts and ideas of a dystopian society that is not so fictional. Everything that Imperial Triumphant is meticulously crafted and Merkurius Gilded is no different.
Halil Mete comments:
“Being an extreme metal fan, working with Imperial Triumphant on this book was nothing short of a dream come true. Bringing their dystopian world to life through my art, guided by the intensity of their music, was an unforgettable creative experience that will forever mark a milestone in my career."
The synopsis for Merkurius Gilded reads:
"In the city of New Colossus, a lower class worker is seduced by high society luxury lifestyle and ends up uncovering the true dark secrets of the 'greatest city on earth.' Will she infiltrate and destroy their corruption or succumb to the pleasures of its swarming opulence?"
Pre-order the novel via Vile Luxe Press and experience the band's latest album, Goldstar, in the meantime.
