Premiere: Morrison Graves share slow burning new single 'Crane Song'

The psych rock trio inch closer to their LP release with a spellbinding number.

Morrison Graves, 2023

On March 31st, Oregon's Morrison Graves will usher in their new album, Division Rising, bridging all ends of the psychedelic, surf, and indie rock spectrum for one multi-faceted composition. Today, we share lead single Crane Song — a showcase of frontman Ryan Brown's vocal croons alongside entrancing instrumentation by way of founder Gary Jimmerson and bassist Rob Bartleson. Crane Song introduces the band's concept album, which centers on a myriad of sociopolitical issues, including gentrification, homelessness, displacement, and socio-economic gaps, all of which are prevalent throughout the U.S.
