The band's profound heaviness takes new and expansive form.
Three years from Time Will Die and Love Will Bury It (2018) and Rolo Tomassi return with news of a continuing prominence among the metal ranks. The band have now signed with eOne Heavy for their upcoming full-length and join a talented fold of artists that include High On Fire, Sodom, Toxic Holocaust, Kirk Windstein, and many more. To celebrate the occasion, the band share their wondrous new single Cloaked as a taste of what's to come. Moving vocal harmonies, a mean guitar tone, spirited synth, and more comprise this powerhouse of a track, raising anticipation for the band's next chapter.
Vocalist/keyboardist James Spence on the signing and new video:
"We’re thrilled to be signing with eOne Heavy for this new record. It was an easy decision for us and they’ve been a dream to work with. We’re looking forwards to everything that follows.
David and James who worked on the video really helped us to bring to life the themes of the song. The narrative visualises the process of change within us with every new experience we have. The themes of dualism and identity are explored through the contrasting colours and the movements of the characters."
Frontwoman Eva Spence adds:
"We're excited to finally share new music after spending the last two years working on our new record. Writing has been essential for us this past year in the absence of playing live, we can't wait to get back on the road and hope to see you at a show soon."
Experience Cloaked below and stay tuned for more from Rolo Tomassi.
