With October now around the corner, we find ourselves closer to experiencing the organic experience of Photosynthesis, the latest full-length record by Bay Area's BOTANIST. Photosynthesis, which arrives on October 30th via the always eclectic The Flenser, uniquely approaches the post-metal ranks with a naturally driven concept, applying the plant process of converting sunlight into energy to our very own human existence. Today's arrival of Bacteria drives home the purpose with a rather chilling affair of autumnal atmospheres and alternating pace.
