CORPSESSED announce new album 'Succumb to Rot' + stream lead single

The Finnish death metal unit return with a strong follow-up.

2018's Impetus of Death was high point of death metal's contemporary strengths and come April 22nd, Corpsessed will issue another face-melting affair in the form of Succumb to Rot, gruesomely illustrated by Vladimir 'Smerdulak' Chebakov. It arrives via Dark Descent Records and lead single Death-Stench Effluvium celebrates the new album announcement with hard-hitting aggression.

This is the logical conclusion to ‘Impetus of Death’ where the limits of human existence give us a push to even do things in life (art being the pinnacle) – ‘Succumb to Rot’ is the inevitable end where all things must eventually die and give in to the relentless forces of entropy, and disintegrate into nothingness,”
