The legendary Pantera are on the road both supporting Metallica's M72 World Tour and on their own headlining dates, the likes of which are joined by Lamb of God and an array of other artists, including Spirit In The Room, King Parrot, Snafu, and more. With a discography as genre shaping as theirs, there's no question as to why the band's return to stages are highly welcomed, and rightfully so. The band's headlining performance at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in San Diego was nothing short of grand with pyro galore and a thrilling crowd vibrance that shook the venue from beginning to end.

Charlie Benante (Anthrax) and Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society) do right by the Abbott Brothers and excel in breathing new life into a career-spanning selection that included Mouth For War, Slaughtered, 5 Minutes Alone, Fucking Hostile, and of course, Cemetery Gates and Cowboys From Hell among other crowd favorites. One could speak volumes about the history on display, but we'll let the below photo gallery speak for the elite musicianship present that evening, captured through both a Sirui Imaging anamorphic lens and a trusted DSLR.
