Of the few good things that came out of the pandemic, one was the amount of music that arose from the periods of confinement, periods that allowed for musicians worldwide to experiment and craft new sounds. TURRIS EBURNEA, which consists of multi-instrumentalist Gabriele Gramaglia (Cosmic Putrefaction, The Clearing Path) and bassist Nicholas McMaster (Krallice, Geryon), stemmed from the months of isolation to introduce a new brand of experimental death metal to the world, one that includes a maelstrom of musical elements into the mix. Their debut, self-titled EP arrives on March 15th via Everlasting Spew Records and can very well be one of the most interesting things you'll hear this year.
